How to Raise a Complaint With Us

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who contacts Waythese Plumbing should be treated fairly and honestly. When something goes wrong, we want to hear about it. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Waythese Plumbing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a plumber we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Plumbers in our network run their own businesses. They are responsible for their estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to bring it up with the plumber directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Keep in mind that Waythese Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@waythese.world and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the plumber
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We aim to confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about plumbing work itself, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
